Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of atlanticparkingnj.com and our text message program, operated by Atlantic Parking of NJ LLC, doing business as Atlantic Parking of New Jersey, 257 Riverbrook Ave, Lincroft, NJ 07738.
1. Program name and what messages you will receive
Program name: Atlantic Parking of New Jersey Customer Care.
If you provide your mobile number and check a consent box on one of our forms, you may receive text messages relating to your quote request and your service. These include confirmation that we received your request, follow up questions about your date, venue or guest count, scheduling and arrival details, and answers to questions you send us. If you separately check the marketing consent box you may also receive occasional messages about special offers, discounts and service updates.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary.
2. How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to (848) 315 2441, or reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
3. How to rejoin
If you have opted out and want to receive messages again, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number, or submit a new request through our website with the consent box checked.

5. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Contact your wireless provider for details of your plan.

8. Industry standards
Our messaging program is operated in compliance with CTIA messaging principles and best practices and with the requirements of participating mobile carriers.
9. Legal compliance
We operate this program in compliance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Consent to receive text messages is obtained through a clear opt in on our web forms, is never pre checked, and is never a condition of receiving a quote or service.
Age restriction
This website and our text messaging program are intended for people 18 years of age or older. By using this site, submitting a form or opting in to receive text messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with information, email us at atlanticparkingofnj@gmail.com.
Service terms
A quote request is a request, not a booking. Service is confirmed only when we confirm it to you directly. Pricing depends on the date, the venue, the guest count and the staffing required, and is quoted per event. A certificate of insurance is available to any venue on request.
Website use
The content on this site, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Atlantic Parking of NJ LLC. You may view and share it, but you may not copy it for commercial use without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date.
